This a great everyday white Bordeaux. The semillion really balances out the acidity of the sauv blanc to give it bigger mouthfeel and overall structure.

Light, pleasant aroma. A little bit sweet, slightly tart/acidic, but also smooth at the same time. Grassy elements. Very vibrant. Enjoyed with sushi.
