Riserva Salice Salentino Negroamaro

Tastes new world. Fruity and easy.

This wine was delicious! Fairly big, tons of oak which contributed vanilla and a hint of cinnamon. Very fruity, lots of strawberry in particular. Well balanced acidity and dryness. Didn’t pair too well with my dinner (mushroom risotto), but it tasted more acidic with the food which made it more interesting. Would love to have again.

Terrific! This was the only red wine offered at LAntica Trattoria in Sorrento and I agree with them it's the only one needed!

Good without breathing

Jammy and fruity. A little sweet for my liking but still good.

Fruit and tannin.

Fruity, but no R.S. noticed. Medium bodied and light tannins. Good acidity. Drank well with pasta Sunday dinner
