This is a very tasty Cabernet Sauvignon from Washington State.
Showing black fruits with cedar, vanilla, tobacco, chocolates, coke, earth, light vegetables and peppercorn.
Big, bold and full-bodied with medium acidity.
Nice lenght on the finish with firm tannins.
Good right out of the bottle and better after 2 hours of airtime. A little harsh right now, but will calm down as it ages in the bottle.
Shows great quality for the price, and will age nicely in the next 7 to 10 years.
I paired it with a nice piece of steak.
