Tasting with Leah Jorgensen - I have few comparatives of Blanc de Cab Franc, but this is a pretty awesome white version of a red grape. Lots of mineral, peach, and super balanced.

Hit the family with this gem, and the avid red wine drinker and the only white wines please drinker both loved this perfectly crafted shape shifter. Has depth, or oomph as the white wine lover put it, and showed a range of versatility, from duck w sauerkraut to sweet potato casserole topped w/ marshmallows, that made all quaffers at my house get thrilled!

My favorite of the offerings from the rare wines flight at southeast wine collective (thanks Lena & Nathaniel!) Herbs, lemon peel, cheerful acidity, and a clean finish. Love the vintage botanical print inspired label.
