Pinot Bianco

Not at all like a Pinot Grigio. More character, a touch of barnyard upon first sip, but develops nicely with notes of honey and green grapes, while remaining dry and balanced with an injection of beautiful acidity.

Stone fruit, peachy and apricot, lighter, minerality, Good pairing

Nice crisp acidity but still has depth. Apricot and honey with nice floral aromas. Well worth 16.95.

A great find. Love this unique Italian white.
