Slight oxidative quality, light candy tones with a burst of lemon zest, and bitter fruit. Too good!

Things I love: Tribut and that lady behind the bottle. 09 Beauroy here. Fleshy, charming, great salinity, nice honeyed aspect, a touch of mushroom overtone. Holding strong and venturing into interesting secondary territory. Cool shot of anise on this too!

Such a good showing. Beautiful with ramp linguine. The mushroom broth styling of the wine really added another layer of complexity to the food. This is in a beautiful, secondary drinking state at present.

Gotta say WOW. Even the cork smelled like a monster success after pulling. Loving where this wine is right now. Has the enthusiasm of youth but the palate has mellowed, in accordance with the vintage. Still, the minerality and saline aspect are very strong and it's almost like drinking sparkling wine in terms of the first burst. Very pumped! Will see how it goes with chicken shortly

Perhaps if not compared to the 2010, this wine would be a stunner on its own. Still found it completely enjoyable, but more of a quaffer and not as clearly 1er as when I initially tried it some 2 years ago. Little Fish BYO

This is one of my favorite 1ers ever! Amazing bright green fruit with sappy Chablis underbelly. Incredible after In N Out here in Davis, CA. Tribut, special sauce

Singing, even in an early year like '09. Plenty of dry extract and minerality. Really pleasing.

On a little Tribute run. I didn't like as much as the Lechet. Still very enjoyable.
