My last btl from a winery of the past that I had followed during the 80’s buying & drinking cases of the 84-87 vintages. I remember RP liked his wines & rated highly. My 1st time with the 83 drinking very youthful showing lots of red fruits, cassis, leather, menthol, chocolate & sweet spices. This had nice acidity & balance.
