Deep dark red color. Medium body. Strawberries, smoke, minerals, spicy finish. Acidity and tannins present well balanced. Surprisingly with 14.7% ABV it does not come across as hot. Will be interesting to see if some of the flavors mellow out a bit on day 2.

Today...Needs some time. I think it has great potential but the acid and tannin are boxing on my pallette. Good depth and finish. Lotta stems!
