Willamette Valley Pinot Noir

2013 vintage. Eucalyptus and dark cherry in the harmonious nose. Light/medium bodied. Rhubarb, smoke, blackberry, raspberry and pomegranate flavors in the lightly, cedar-tinged supple finish. Usually a good bang for the buck year-in/year-out and this vintage is no exception.

Again, I don't rate wines I photograph professionally. Love this winery though

Loving Oregon Pino 2013 (cooler summer = lighter/ crisper)(2012 was hot)

Nice balance but needs more time..light and flavorful. The morels were a perfect match, the morels dish was small but matched well. Very earthy and has a nice backend now

Wow... balanced raspberry, minerality and mushroom. Fresh, understated and elegant. Amazing QPR. $17

Light and easy to drink. Fruity and not too dry.

Another great wine from this region, very smooth

Solid easy drinker w fresh, bright red fruits--cherries and cranberries--herbs, and hints of mushroom. Went easily w several fish dishes and caprese salad.

Medium bodied with slight bite and sour notes at finish
