Super savoury Gamay. I swear if you blind tasted someone who knew their shit they'd call Syrah or something as structured, deep and spicy. I don't know my shit and I'm not blind- and I'd still call Syrah or something. Stems, seeds & sticks? Great though. It's deep red, but I'm tasting dark green.
