OMG! Loved this wine. The fruit is pronounced, tannins present beautifully on palate, finish is elegant and lingering. Want. More.

Next up on the vintage timeline after a 100 point wine. (If we are to assume the preferences of one man's palate!) Soft tannins, maybe a bit green though. Absolutely catering to my preferred style of Cabernet, finding more balance most Napa Valley designates.

Seriously made, Melka knocked it out of the park here. Perfectly balanced and fresh, perfectly integrated oak, long and sumptuous. It's great that John Daniel is memorialized in such a great wine!

1 hour decant(chunky and cloudy sediment). A regal inky dark ruby red color. On the nose: Subtle notes of jammy blackberry, floral, graphite, and cedar. Taste: Elegant, smooth, lush full body wine with jammy blackberry, dark cherry, spice, currants, leather and a chocolate espresso long dry finish. Little tannic bite at the end demanding a few more years to fully come together. Still, really enjoying this Saturday night! Cheers!

So nice! Purple black in the glass. Eucalyptus and black fruit aromas. Velvety blackberry, dried spice. Medium firm tannins, but long lush finish

"Soft on the tannins but green" .. Many other bottle available for less than $230 that work ... Sorry but truthful
