Very pretty nose. Green apple and kiwi candy, marzipan, nice minerality. Everything well balanced, though a touch angular and some bitterness on the finish. Maybe needs time? Beautiful label! Disgorged ‘19.

Disgorged October 2019, and showing a bit tight right now. Lovely dry herbal notes up front with the yeasty minerality coming out on the long denouement...

Electric and nervy, this is a lively and intense 100% Chardonnay from Chavot. 50% 2012 and the remainder a mixture of reserve wines. No dosage and partial malo. Organic and biodynamic viticulture depending on the vineyard. A producer to keep an eye on and follow, they are more known for their Pinot Meunier.

Dominant glue note on the nose, pretty acidic. Probably halfway oxidized. If that's what you can expect of 'natural' champagne, I'll go conventional.

Dégorgement: 07/2016, Dosage: 0, This is the one that got me hooked on Laherte, pure BdB, pure minerality, pure crystalline beauty, yes it's too young, but there is such a future ahead of it.

Very dry given the zero dosage. Crisp and clean. Green apple and good acidity. Tasty. Dis 2016.
