11' La Spinetta Sauvignon Langhe Bianco. The nose of grapefruit skins. The palate starts with freshly squeezed grapefruit, ripened tangerine, slate/stone. Finishing with just enough acidity. Very nice & ready to enjoy Sauvignon Blanc. It reminds me of the Crocker Star SB.
A gentleman sitting right next to us was enjoying a bottle with a friend of his. Struck up a conversation and he poured me a small glass. I interned purchased a bottle which we all punished rather quickly. Nothing like a roadie back at the hotel lobby for the 2nd bottle👍. Cheers to all!
