So, if I were lucky enough to celebrate David Bowie’s birthday with him, what bottle of wine should we open together. Had to be Red Burgundy, doing some super high end Grand Cru would be me trying too hard to impress him. This 2010 Jarollieres Pommard 1er from Pousse D’Or would do the trick. Still mourning him & happy to honor him on what would have been his 71st.

The 2010 is drinking quite well right now but could use another 5 years of cellaring to really shine.
