Fun to check in, sad Pops unknowingly drank most of my stash 🤦🏼‍♂️ Reductive showing at first but eventually opened up. Brett in check. Savory meat, clove, potpourri and garrigue, baked stones and mixed fruits. Lovely!

Very similar to last bottle/tasting notes. Expressing some more damp funky tones and brighter, higher toned fruit character. Still one of my favs from Languedoc.

Burgundian in character. Black raspberries, leather, damp earth, cured meat, damp flowers, gravel, herbs. Bright acid, diminished tannins with a very fine profile, and a persistent finish. Loving all the feral, musky tones from the Carignane balanced by the lively Cinsault. As it opens up it becomes more floral with more brambly fruit becoming clearer and clearer. Garrigue, lilac, dark fruits and minerals.

Really love this 50/50 Cinsault/Carignan blend from L’Herault. Added 8 bottles to our “cellar”. Thanks Oliver!

My husband Nathan loves it.. and that hardly ever happens. Super smooth, short finish.
