Quick pick-up, I wanted a bubbly! This is just okay. Actually, the Brut Rosé is really decent, but I have to cross the Mississippi to get it (IA to IL)! Tonight, I improvised and put a splash of Pinot Noir in the glass! Nice improvement!

Mini bottle of bubbly to start Memorial Day Weekend! Light, crisp, a hint of sweetness but balancing acid, almost a raisiny, figgy, yummy nose and taste. Have to remember this for bubbles in the future!
