I like me some wine that smells like a cheese danish. Quick ripened vintage, 14% abv. For a wine thats supposedly not meant to age, this sure did beautifully. It could go longer but doesnt need to, the overripe meyer lemon flavors are amazing along with a candied walnut like character. Very round and lactic, lots of butterscotch character.

This has aged beautifully for the wine. A tight acidity is the key to this one going the distance and it seems to always deliver.
