Smelling this i'm reminded of the sweet wines in Piemont. Elderflower is the dominant note on the nose and I expected this to be quite light...it isn't! Sweet and sticky with lots of citrus peel and later a bit of raisin and spice. Was impressive and original. Paired with pear frangipan
