The 2010 cuvée Cathleen is also showing almost no color advancement whatsoever. It is pale yellow with green tents. Aromatically it's restrained with with some faint peaches and nectarines aromas some faint Bosc pear.. But still quite closed in. The wind is amazingly we strained. It is tightly wound but but has incredible depth at the same time. It has good acid structure and deeper richness but still needs years open up. This is an amazing wine.

Tasted side by side to a 2013 Aubert Sugar Shack, this one lost. But as the Kistler sat out, this one was really showing nicely. The nose on this wine is definitely more acidic and more to the citrus and limestone side. Lighter, with a shorter finish. More grapefruit with a hint of Asian pear. Finishes a little lighter and with some white pepper on the finish.

Delish and grand Cru like to me. Plenty of lush fruit, well integrated oak, balanced acidity, long finish
