Medium+ intensity on the nose. Honeysuckle, acacia, cream, yogurt, Meyer lemon, white pepper, lentil, yellow bruised apple, apricot, stony minerality, and beeswax. Elevated acidity, medium+ body, glycerol rounding out the palate with a phenolic bite. 13.5%. Medium+ finish. Somewhere between Condrieu and Vouvray Sec. Sites owned by the Hwang family (Domaine Huet).

Bruised apple, lime blossom, marmalade, Meyer lemon, candied ginger, sandalwood, incense, paraffin, wet hay leather yes leather. This wine always surprises and never disappoints. A Best Buy for sure. Could be confused with chenin from Loire but not screaming acid like chenin. Some similarities to Alsace Pinot Gris on the nose.
