Second red at King Family Vineyards. Mix between Ruby and Crimson red. Slightly dirty cellar that dos not wear off, but depended into some smokiness and a little bacon. Dark cherry undertones. Dark fruits like plums and cherries with some savory undertones on the palate. Moderate tannins (6/10) with a medium body attack that drops to a light bodied finish. Moderate finish, still seems to cut a bit short but best of the Reds here at King Family. Drink till 2020. 1500 cases produced.
