Double decant and pour(little cloudy sediment). A ravishing dark ruby red color for this GSM blend from Amador county California. On the nose: Raspberry jam, earthy, pepper, floral, and a touch of caramel. Taste: bing cherry, wet leaves, raspberry, and mushrooms. Velvety tannins lead the charge to a medium plus finish. Drink now or give it just a few more years.. yum, get some Keplinger!
