Color of light purple with a bit grey tone. Quite clear. Nose of beautiful dried strawberry, aldehyde, roasted pepper, a bit prune, a bit spice, and under the current strength of alcohol. Taste is refreshing, with hint of Coca-Cola, minty, memory of fresh berries, slightly sweet, clean and flavorful. Aftertaste shows some more zest and hint of tannins, drizzled with fresh green grapes. Medium long. Nicely done.
