Light toasted notes with some ripe tropical fruit, yeast, and slightly off dry. Nice body for a Blanc de Blanc, slightly less fresh but the body and fruit element are all there. Loved the soft mellow palate for an aged sparkling from Santa Cruz. Very special bottle.
