Deep, dark fruits, sweet tobacco, and spice on the nose. Dates and blueberries greet the palate and gives way to creme de cassis and cherries. Lovely, soft tannins and great with steak and chimichurri sauce. #dontcryformeargentina

Kaiken is a magnificent blend that has an extraordinary power of making you feel like your face is being ripped apart by a school of spider monkeys. The extremely firm and masculine tannins only enhance the high acidity of this wine. The religious connotations are present yet not noticeable on first taste and smell. This should be a great pairing to gefilte fish Benedict and a bowl of skin scabs from mosquito bites. High quality label.

Full body blend with scents of blackberry, river rock, and stone fruit. High acidity with quick acting and lasting tannic tendencies. Absolutely perfect for an upper east side mohel performing metzitzah b’peh on a sweaty Labor Day weekend, just watch out for that kick.
