Dark ruby in color with thin purple rim.

Fruity nose of blackberries, figs, sweet cherries, licorice, oak, graphite, fresh tobacco, vanilla, earth, red candy, chocolates, mocha, black pepper and spices.

Medium plus in body and smooth, with medium acidity and gorgeous legs.

Dry and fruity on the palate with sweet cherries, raisins, blackberries, black currants, light vanilla, pine, leather, dark chocolates, smoke, spices and peppercorn.

Long finish with round tannins and pomegranates on the very ending.

What a nice Californian Red Blend. Very balanced and a bit jammy, with an interesting acidity on the finish, and nice complexity.

This is a great sipping wine, to enjoy by itself, but also good with food.

Benefits from opening up in a decanter for 90 minutes. With enough airtime, it shows lots of mocha and chocolates on the palate. Delicious.

A blend of 55% Syrah, 23% Zinfandel, 9% Petite Sirah, 6% Malbec, 4% Cabernet Sauvignon and 3% other varieties.

15% alcohol by volume.

Jammy, Smokey, and a little funky. Seems to still be integrating. Interesting wine.

Too much. Not complex. Simple bomb in my mouth.

An intriguing red blend from many regions in CA. On the nose, dirt, blackberry, strawberry, and oak. On the palate, cherry, raspberry, plum, tobacco, and black licorice. I enjoyed this with pasta in a marinara sauce and it complemented it very well!
