We buy this by the case. It is just a beautiful cava that tastes more like a champagne than some cheap champagnes. Dry, mineral.

Yeasty. Dry. Nice start to the meal... Fave place for Spanish tapas in the Monterey Bay... Nice weight to this Cava. Think it'll go nicely with the Pate and Gambas...

Classic cava. Lemon, mineral and nice finesse. It tastes experienced...they have been doing this for a bit.
