I got this as a gift and was leery given some of the previous vintage reviews here. I’m happy to report this Josh Cellars is a pleasant everyday #merlot from #northcoast CA, concentrated plum aromas, firm acidity, moderate oak with some cocoa notes and slightly soft tannins. Winemaker Joseph Carr has upped his game for 2018 - quite good QPR for just over $10.
