2003 non-filtre cuvée unique. Amazing nose. Beamed me back to a memory of visiting the French town of Orange in CDP. In the roman amphitheater we listened to Wagner’s Flight of the Valkyries during a tremendous warm summer wind bringing scents of olives, lavender, heated stones, and country air. All of that was in this wine. And at 17 years old, you can see by the color, this was still surprising youthful! (Must have been stored well). ... was even better the second night. Cheers.
