Los Carneros Chardonnay

Everything is amazing. The color is like a golden straw. The nose is a beautiful rep of what Chardonnay should be but hasn't been in too long. The flavors in the mouth are perfectly balanced and the length of the finish... Just wow

Quince paste and graham cracker. White tea and a super soft finish. I can't believe how well this has held up.

the more older jpv vintages i taste, the more impressed i am with how incredibly well they age. this is goooorgeous! baked apple and pear with fresh honeycomb and caramelized grapefruit. medium acidity and almost a gooseberry or parm rind subtle funk on it that is most inticing!
