Out of 375 this is screaming now. Green apple. Slate. Slate. Slate. Lemon curd. So lithe, mineral, beautiful, precise. Gorgeous clarity to the nose. Like the best lime/berry (green/purple) sweet tart ever. Balanced, crunchy, terrific purity and freshness. Outrageous. Prum is so good.

Gorgeous nose of green apples, honey, slate and minerals galore. And a tiny hint of petrol. Juicy and perfectly balanced with terrific acids and a compactness. Long finish.

Loved the funk on the nose! Amazing pairing with lightly charred toro last night. Little sweetness but too much. Lovely wine.
