2007 vintage. In a really nice place. Overripe peaches, baked pineapple, poached pear, white figs, white flowers, honeysuckle, honey, beeswax, diesel. Still firmly in the sweet camp, but acid is putting up a good fight!

Apr 19th, 20172007 vintage. Yellow flowers, honeycomb, white peach, bruleed pears, lemon curd, white fig. Still has a lot of acid, though is a tad more developed than I would expect, especially under screwcap. Very tasty, nevertheless.

Apr 6th, 20162007 vintage. Petrol on the nose, but not as much on the palate. Poached pears, white peaches, white flowers, yellow apple, yellow papaya, quince. In a good place right now.
