It's been a while since I've had a Toro. This one was a classic example and paired deliciously with a Valtellina pizza (bresaola, arugula, parmigiano reggiano, and mozzarella).

Da risentire tra 10 anni, tannico vivo, aggressivo, buono il naso di frutta rossa sotto spirito, cioccolato, caramello, cenere, torrefazione, balsamico, fresco e con grande estratto. Ma i tannini di questo toro spaccano la bocca si scambia per l'altro.... Solo etichetta diversa?

Nov 14th, 2015Easy drinking, vanilla, pepper, very little alcohol taste. No roll of flavor a but still a nice tasting wine. Paid $19 at Wine Library. Tastes nice but probably wouldn't buy again air that amount.
