Damn fine wine! Still grippy and tannic, only slightest tinge of oxidation so far. Big tobacco, cherry, vanilla and tar notes. Could easily go a few more years. Fantastic!!!

Let this prove that WA cab, at least this one, can easily age 10+ years (i am going to save my other bottle another 4-5 years). Intense red stone fruit and mouth gripping tannins, tobacco and cola notes dominate tail end of the sip. Pleasant minerality and earthiness on the nose. Yum!!
