Only 4 producers making Vau de Vey, a new Cru for me. Quite lovely.

Not as good as the Chablis from yesterday but still very drinkable.

Lime zest, rich buttery notes, fat mineral cut. Rich texture and dry finish. Excellent wine

Very nice wine. Structured and elegant. Not overly oaked but still some vanilla and butter.

2013 vintage. Riper lemon and grapefruit nose, rich. On the palate, acidity is at the lower end of high, round and rich with good concentration. Nice finish. Bright and clean.

Absolutely LOVED this. Deliciously smooth and ripe with a long finish. Very easy to drink, perfect for a hot day at the beach. Perfect balance of acidity, minerals, and fruit.
