Magnum. Apologies for the sketch of Al's arse- we were adding our own poor taste Ganevat label. Big tension here between that lactic texture, its searing minerality and acidity. Analogue hi-fi warmth. Tape hiss and Rhodes.

This off-beat Cuvee Marguerite is made from some extinct clone related to Chardonnay, if I understood Andrew Green correctly, which is made in very small quantities from super-old, ungrafted vines and only bottled in #magnums since about 2005--it's odd but it's damn good odd!
