Great pairing with branzini tonight. Not showing any age yet. Crisp and refreshing with screaming minerality. And a damn fair markup. Gotta love that.

One dimensional

Really good concentration, but completely flabby, with little-no acid and only moderate complexity. Definitely expected better. Off bottle?

2007. Pure, clean, delicate and mineral driven.. a simple pleasure. Wonderful acid and texture.

Wet wool, oxidized apples ....Not old but not aging gracefully.
