Jasmine, honeysuckle, stone fruit.

Profound and singular. Dried white flowers, ripe lemon, sweet pear, and nectarine with a heavy oily texture, medium acid, and a finish that never ends. Unlike anything else - and so memorable. Had with halibut and pork chops on my 13th wedding anniversary.
