I'm not sure why I got a hankering for pouilly-fuissé, but I'm glad I chose this one. On the nose: white pepper and pear, some oak. Mouth: well balanced oak and minerality, hints of tart green apple and honey. Really nice acidity and would be great with chicken, fish, or any dish heavy with cheese!
