Tried this again. Not much better. Clean with nice bubble flow. Very berry aromas with sweet floral notes. On the palate this 100% Pinot Noir had over ripe red fruit flavors, a little off balance. Finish had some musty yeast notes. Better offerings out there, stick with Cava, Champagne or CA sparkling. Tasting Sample.

Surprisingly quaffable sparkling wine from New Mexico. Does it stand with Champagne? No! But it's better than most of the sparkling wine coming out of California, like Roederer's awful offerings.
