Cajeta nose. On the palate more caramel, mulled fruit, spice, mole sauce, and tobacco on the back end. Light tannins for a cab. Medium plus acid and body. Smooth throughout.

Big bold cab, give it a good decant (1hr+) and a second wave of flavors really opens up. Tannins were silky smooth. Thanks @Kenji Harashima for the intro!
