Hilltop Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon

Smoky and blackcurrant notes. Mild leather. Peppery finish. A lovely snort she is. Enjoying with charcuterie board.

Ripe berries. Chewy. Your typical California Cab. Very well made.

V12. Nice wine. Starts with a deep purple explosion of color in the glass. Soft violet, cedar and tobacco . Blackberry, plum, cassis , black pepper meld with a soft leathery finish. Very balanced wine, recommend decanting for 30-45minutes.

Stank-ass nose but a bright pop on the palate that is ok. Not overly tannic.

Very good with steak on the barbecue.

Definitely needs to be decanted but still a very tasty wine. Not much body. Slightly fruity.

Hilltop

The quality of this wine is superior. Easy to drink, no strong flavor. Rich in texture, blueberries taste right from the beginning. For the sweet wine seekers, It's not a sweet wine but definitely worth the trying.
