May 16th, 201792 tad over the hill but still complex with soft bubbles. Dried Rose petals, bread yeast and dry Bergamot and citrus peels and tiny red fruits Gooseberry notes. Nice acidity and balance.

1992. Hardly any left. Warm, brioche-like notes along with ripe pear, finishing with a little bit of butter scotch.
