This is developed quite a bit
Very intense and fascinating nose of balsamic, licorice and leather
Super fresh in the after taste
It would adore some food, but it has smoothed all its edges though

Maybe the bottle - could be the vintage? - wasn't in good shape or it was just me to be not in such a fine form, though, the fact remains I didn't like it so. Same evening I've tasted also the Rosso which was much better than the Brunello, even a white, - no label and not either the year - which was at the end simply phenomenal by the glass, wind up being the shot I drunk with the greatest rapture that same night. Talkin' with the producers later on: "The white? A silly pastime, a bit of malvasia, trebbiano whatever.. few bottles only we do exclusively for the family.."
