Just received this in my most recent First Leaf Club delivery. Put it in the wine fridge for the night and pulled it for a Tuesday evening deck date with my wife. Really delivered. Paired with some apps. Cukes and Tomatoes with fresh basil and balsamic. Assorted meats and cheese. We loved it. It has a very balanced acidity with a light body but still had hints of fruit and earth. As well the use and light touch of the Pinot skins provides a light and savory finish of rose petal and stone with a ever so slight hint of mushroom. Yeah I know a little deep for an amateur but I’m trying 😀. What I like about it is solid on the fruit but not too sweet. I’m sure it would be AMAZING with grilled salmon. Enjoy.
