This is what Carricante can be - saline, floral, nutty, tropical, zesty and fresh. Gets really dynamic with food. Great value.

Oxidative, but fresh, pure, and mineral. In a similar vein to certain Jura wines, but also distinctive. Brilliant and satisfying.

Gorgeous Carricante from Salvo Foti, an icon in Sicilian winemaking. Lightly honeyed, with notes of citrus, almonds. Rich, deep, with a long finish, it was gorgeous throughout all eight courses. #carricante #etna #sicily #wine
