Nose - Raspberry, rose petal
Palate-Highly concentrated flavors giving this wine Intense/concentrated aromas of black cherry, raspberry & pomegranate, spice & forest floor, with well-integrated tannins, supported by moderate acidity. A short decanting is still necessary.
Very much enjoy their Chardonnays. Like their Pinots just a bit more. Especially with a little time in the bottle. Drink/ hold 5-7 years.

Definitely a deeper Pinot, intense dark fruit flavors but incredibly smooth and elegant. A delicious wine.

Fresh black cherries, birch root, white mushroom, and spice on the nose. This is elegant, refined, and layered. Bright red fruit, minerals, and savory notes; firm tannins give structure and texture. A stony finish shows pepper and some heat. This will only get better with time. Really want to come back to this in 2-3 years.
