Thank god for this winemaker. Had a night of duds and turned to this bad boy for dinner. First sips were wildly racy with massive amounts of acid and mineral finish. Drank like Chablis. Let it sit for 15 min and lost most of the fruit but still very enjoyable with buttery garlic chicken.

Very nice elegant and straight Puligny, pure aromas and flavours of white fruit, nice tension, some density and a very good classic delicious bottle. 90-91
