Clos du Meix Saint-Aubin 1er Cru Chardonnay

This producer is crazy good is all.

Great with raw oysters and seared scallops. Oaky, but not overbearing like many CA Chardonnays have become.

Clean and good but not the depth I like in my WB

So delicate. Floats across the palate. Very floral.

Great juice. Classic white burg profile. Elegant, clean and mineral soaked.
