Mushroomhead California Mourvedre Blend

A terrific wine from Riley Hubbard (assistant winemaker at Desperada who now has her own label). Great delineation on the palate enveloped by nice fruit, this wine has a beautiful profile in terms of its fruit/acidity balance. The finish is a bit clipped, but I suspect these edges will round out with some time in bottle. This is an unpolished gem in Paso: try it for yourselves!!!
